Electric Boat Corporation Information Session

Electric Boat has established standards of excellence in the design, construction and life-cycle support of submarines for the U.S. Navy. Primary operations are the shipyard in Groton, CT, and the automated hull-fabrication and outfitting facility in Quonset Point, RI. Electric Boat is looking for bright energetic individuals with degrees in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer engineering, and computer science.

Careers in Intelligence Information Session

Learn more about the field of Intelligence. Employer representatives from the CIA, FBI, U.S. Homeland Security, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and other select agencies will provide an overview to employment options--including internships--and discuss careers in the intelligence community.

Resume Critique Event

This is a great opportunity to have your resume reviewed by professional recruiters and hiring managersi in the engineering and IT fields. They will provide you with helpful suggestions that will improve your resume, which in turn, will improve your chances of securing full time jobs or sumer interships. Food and beverages will be served.

HotPads.com is a two-year-old, venture capital-backed, map-based housing search engine located in Dupont Circle. Join the founders at this information session to talk about their experiences in the startup world and what you can expect.  Computer science and computer engineering seniors and graduate students, ALL NATIONALITIES, can learn about their full time opportunities. Some opportunities begin immediately; others begin in January or in June.

Lockheed Martin Information Session

T. Howard Foundation Information Session

The T. Howard Foundation is a nonprofit organization promoting diversity in the multimedia and entertainment industry. These internships are open to multiethnic male and female students as well as all female students. Interns are placed at multimedia companies such as DirectTV, Discovery, ESPN, Fox, HBO, Lifetime, NBC Universal, Oxygen, Showtime, Starz, Turner Networks, XM Radio, and YES Networks. The T. Howard Foundation is encouraging students majoring in computer science and engineering to apply.   All nationalities are eligible.

Maryland Air National Guard Information Session

The Maryland National Guard is looking to recruit 6-8 part time engineers and architects who want to work on humanitarian assistance projects. Their primary focus is on structural engineers, civil engineers, and architects, but they will look at any engineering student who is interested in this type of work.  Juniors, seniors, and grad students who are U. S. citizens are invited to attend.

SRA International Information Session

All interested undergraduate and graduate students, regardless of their anticipated graduation date, are invited to attend our information session; however, we specifically invite computer science, computer engineering, and systems engineering seniors and graduate students who have U.S. citizenship to attend our information session and learn about our full-time opportunities.
